TEAM®/CRIB® is a chip-like material that can be effectively used as a replacement for wood and other wood-based panel materials such as plywood, particle board, etc.
How does TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY help the environment?
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY chipboard is made from industrial waste, such as multi-layer tube materials. Currently, TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY is being used in a wide range of applications, including industrial pallets, food-grade plates, drainage systems, flooring, secondary packaging, and interiors. It serves as a direct substitute for wood, a valuable resource. Throughout the process, there is zero water effluent, zero solid waste discharge, and zero gas emissions. Moreover, TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY can itself be recycled in the same process.

Applications of TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY can be used in a variety of applications, including furniture, wall and ceiling paneling, drains, partitions, water or acid-resistant areas, door and window frames, pallets, and packaging materials, to name a few.
How can one procure TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY?

How to glue TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY to other materials?
Any rubber-based glue can be used to bond TEAM®/CRIB® to other materials.
How to paint TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY?
A PU-based primer should be applied thoroughly to the surface before painting. We recommend using PU-based paints for the best results. For optimal adhesion, it is advisable to sand the surface thoroughly before applying any coat.
Alternatively, you can use our CYPRUSS® paint, which has a minimum lifespan of 5 years.
How is the water resistance of TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY?
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY is highly water- and acid-resistant.
What is the effect of termites, borers, and other pests on TEAM®/CRIB®?
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY is resistant to termites, borers, and other pests.
What is the lifespan of TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY?
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY products are long-lasting, all-weather proof, non-degradable, and will not rot, rust, splinter, or crack.
Can TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY be worked with regular woodworking tools?
Yes, regular woodworking tools can be used to work with TEAM®/CRIB®. For better cutting edges, we recommend using a panel saw with a counter blade arrangement.
How is the fire behavior of TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY?
TEAM®/CRIB®/ECO-FRIENDLY is a "B" class fire behavior material, meaning it burns similarly to wood-based materials.
