Cypruss Coating Technical Details

WHAT IS SILANE SILOXINE ALITHATIC ? –THE INNOVATIVE PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY.

It is well known that heat can pass from one medium to another by
(1) Radiation

(2) Conduction

(3) Convection.

Heat transfers into a building usually by conduction & convection. There are basically 3 ways in which the interior of a building might be kept cool on a hot day. Firstly, one can either impose a thermal barrier & conduction with conventional insulation such as fiberglass, rock wool etc secondly one can remove heat by increased convection through mechanical means such as fans, blowers etc or thirdly one can enhance the reflection of the heat the sunlight & radiation of heat from the roofs & walls back to the atmosphere.

Silane Siloxine Alithatic , was developed long along the third hypothesis, due to the specially selected pigments in the membrane the surface becomes a good reflector of solar radiation covering the full spectrum from ultraviolet to visible to near infrared and a good radiator of far infrared Silane Siloxine Alithatic , technology is the India's first heat Re-radiating coating that employs effectively the first principle of heat transfer i.e. radiation to achieve the insulating effect.

Independent studies conducted on Silane Siloxine Alithatic , membrane showed that 85% of incoming solar radiation back into the atmosphere & up to 14% is re-radiated. These tests have shown that the insulation effect is not dependent on the coating thickness & is effective with a minimum thickness of 100 microns. Hence with Silane Siloxine Alithatic, patented technology, insulation is achieved not with very thick materials as in conventional systems but surface area through reflection and re-radiation of the heat back to the atmosphere. Once Silane Siloxine Alithatic, is coated the surface area of the coating, acts as a heat rejecting membrane Silane Siloxine Alithatic, continuously reflect and re-radiate heat back to the atmosphere. More than 95% of heat is rejected in this manner & only a small percentage of heat actually penetrate & permeate a given surface or substrate into a building or installation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be preferably clean and completely dry before application of Silane Siloxine Alithatic, All surfaces must be dry, free from large surface contaminants and structurally sound. Surface preparation may be carried out by the use of high pressure water cleaning, oil free compressed air mould and fungus. This process will kill any moulds and assist in their removal any structural repairs should be made good with the surface clean and structurally sound apply one coat of Silane Siloxine Alithatic, and allow to dry prior to application of second last & final coat.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Silane Siloxine Alithatic, coating can be ideally applied by brush or with roller for ordinary painting, a brush 1" to 4" width will be fine. For relatively smooth, dense mansonary surface can be painted with a roller if required. The amount of paint will depend upon the surface to be painted, its porosity, texture, relative conditions and number of coats required.

DRYING TIME
Silane Siloxine Alithatic, coating is touch dry in less than one hour with minimum dirt pick up. For effective maximum performance, it is recommended that a 24 hours period elapse between coats

    ROOFING APPLICATION
  • FIRST LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS :
  • ENERGY IS CONSERVED IT IS NEVER LOST.
  • "WHAT GOES IN MUST COME OUT"
  • SECOND LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS :
  • ENERGY IS CONSERVED IT IS NEVER LOST.
  • THE ISSUE IS THEREFORE :
  • FLOW OF HEAT IN BUILDING
  • TEMPERATURE IN BUILDIG
  • MODES OF HEAT TRANSFERS :
  • CONDUCTION
  • CONVECTION
  • RADIATION

RADIATION INTRESTS US AS WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT OFFERS INSULATION FOR RADIATION HEAT.
IT NORMALLY FORMS ABOUT 60 TO 70% OF ALL HEAT. ALL CONVENTIONAL INSULATION ARE USED FOR THE FIRST TWO MODES
APPLICATION ON TANKS FOR BETTER ROOF INSULATION WE FOUND A PRODUCT THAT HAS THE BEST >

  • HIGH SOLAR REFLECTIVITY
  • HIGH THERMAL EMISSIVITY
  • SOLAR RADIATION ABSORPTIVITY REFLECTIVITY EMISSIVITY
  • THE REFLECTION OF THE MOST BUILDING MATERIALS IS 0.2
  • THE EMISSIVITY OF THE MOST BUILDING MATERIALS IS 0.2
  • THE ABSORPIVITY OF THE MOST BUILDING MATERIALS IS 0.8
  • THUS THE OBSERVED SOLAR HEAT IS NOT EVEN EMMITED HENCE THE TASK IS DEFINED
